Two visits to Harpers, two bad experiences. First they tried to sell my wife 4 new very expensive tires because she picked up a nail that I could clearly see in the tread of the tire. Then when questioned, they lost the tire and after wasting over 2 hours of our time they could not find the tire. Cost me almost 300 dollars to replace that tire.
A couple of seasons later when I thought they deserved another chance. I go there for tires, what a mistake. What do they do when I ask them to keep this one good tire for me. That's right, they lose that one and give me one of the worn out ones. This time I went into their shop and found it myself.
Was told that they are awesome - NOT!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
