  • My mom and I had 1pm pedicure appointments, arrived a few minutes early. They put us in the chairs soaking in water and sat another gal down and started working on her. When we said something they said she also had an appointment. We were there first and they just made some excuse while we sat and soaked for 20 minutes! They started my mom and I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to free up to do my 1pm pedicure at 1:30. She rushed through it; didn't do all that I paid for and walked off to play on her phone, didn't even bother to put my sandals on, someone else had to do that. Won't be going back.
