This company was booked for a bachelorette party 5/5/2017. The party bus arrived about 15 minutes late to the hotel because it had a flat and then waited at the wrong entrance for the hotel. 11 ladies had to walk in heels to get to the bus location so naturally that took another 10 minutes. Once on the bus it was very clean and they gave us an aux to play music. Needless to say we began to have a good time UNTIL we arrived at the first drop off point.
We are all rushing to not just get off the bus, but to make sure no garbage was left behind. We didn't want to miss our 8:30 show. It only took 10 minutes to get there. There was about 4 of us left to get off the bus when this extremly rude and disrespectful man gets on the bus and says quite loudly in an aggessive tone "Could you get off the bus now and I hope you all are planning to tip the driver since you were 30 minutes late. He missed a pick up because of you so don't leave without giving him a tip." I thanked him for his rude suggestion and walked off the bus.
As we all gathered to see who had cash he charged over to us and made yet another rude annoucement only this time more aggressive and said thank you as he snatched money out of some of the ladies hands. When I asked the hostess who the guy was because I knew I would be leaving this review she told me it was The OWNER. I could not be more disgusted. The hostess claims she explained to him what happened with the bus and claims he was going to reach out to my friend who booked the service and apologize... still waiting on that.
Never in my life have I ever been talked to so rudely especially as a paying customer. That is no way to do business. On our way back from the show we were picked up again and taken to a club where our "vip table" sat 8 and there were 11 of us. The hostess said she would get us a better area with more seating but after she got her tip she was no where to be found. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service. The owner should be ashamed of himself for not just talking to ladies the way he did but for talking to paying customers that way.
