  • Love living here! Quiet at night and most of the day. Only downside for me anyway is the parking. When I signed my contract to live here the rules were well explained. Parking in your assigned spot. Most tenants do but some like to park in the non assigned spots cuz it's closer to their apartment. I had someone park in my assigned spot for 4 days when I moved in. I called the office and they gave me a # for parking enforcement. I find out you get five or six warnings until action is taken. There's been a car parked in the same spot for a week now. Wasn't aware this was a car storage area? Another problem is people parking in the red parking areas because they're too lazy to look for a parking spot. And people who come visit and stay longer than they're supposed to. Maintenance cruises around in their cart everyday and sees the illegal parking and nothing is done. Parking might sound like something anal but when I pay to live here and signed on the dotted line regarding rules before I lived here, the same respect should be given by others. Step Up Parkside villas management. Sometimes it's ok to be the bad guy if you care about your property.
