The rumors are true. The crepes here are out of this world! I had the ham, baby chard, smoked gouda, egg and mustard crepe and the honey, butter and sea salt one. O.M.G. The savory crepe was just what I was looking for. The ham was high quality (it was textured, moist and flavorful) and the gouda was gooood-a. I liked that the "cracked egg" was spread all over the crepe and cooked that way, cause it made for a great, fluffy texture! The sweet crepe was the most satisfying salty-and-sweet dessert I've ever had. Buttery, melt-in-your-mouth goes well with salt. My only complaint here- it's way too small! I imagine it gets pretty crowded on weekends. I'll be back for crepe heaven!
