I wrote a pretty scathing review of a prior experience, so you may wonder why the new 5 stars review?
1)The Owner reached out to apologize for our experience and took action to address it immediately.
2) The food is THAT good.
The worker prioritized other customer's orders had been let go. The Owner had communicated to his entire staff based our our reviews and retrained them to his standards. He has also been on location the last few times we've been back both serving in the line and directing his staff.
You don't always get it right, but it's a rare quality when someone reflects on what went wrong and fixed it going forward.
