  • Word of mouth....And YELP! That is how I choose. My neighbor used this company and was happy so I called them. A real human answered my call, scheduled the appt, and emailed me a confirmation. That same human, the owner Vincent, then arrived for the appointment early (in a good way). He completed the job in just under ten minutes short of his estimate. The price was fair and as he had quoted. Actually he charged me for two planes less than I have, which was a nice surprise. I think this is due to a few of them being small. The work was impeccable. The house looks brighter inside. My knick knacks in the sills are more stunning. I realize now that I should do this more regularly. Vincent is a professional, friendly, and conscientious individual. I had removed the screens and set them just outside the windows. After he cleaned the screens and windows, he placed them gently back in their slots so I could easily secure them...from the inside and not make two steps of the process. He emailed a receipt before he left the property. I am under the impression that he is the owner/operator. He is efficient, thorough, technologically savvy and takes pride in his work. I applaud his industry and work ethic. Thank you Vincent! I will be calling again.
