  • I'm not really a "gym" person and would rather do outside activities like biking, swimming, tennis, hiking - but let's face it, NE Ohio's weather presents some hurdles to consistent cardiovascular health. I chose this gym because it's 24-hours so I can go whenever the mood strikes me, plus a lot of the cardio machines have their own cable tvs which means I can choose what to watch. The vast majority of other members are obviously very into working out. This can be a little weird if you're a normal person like me but the plus side is that everyone is involved in their own thing so no one bothers you. I've been harassed by creepy guys at other gyms so this is a big plus to me. It's a small gym so sometimes it gets crowded but I've never had to wait too long for a machine. Overall it's clean, the bathrooms are decent and the staff if friendly. They also offer personal trainer sessions, group classes and tanning booths (But PSA: Don't tan, please. Anywhere. For your long-term health. I'm so serious). Another nice perk is as a member you can access any other Anytime Fitness gym in the country.
