Is Sin City Brewery taking over the world? Probably not. But they have expendanded a bit. I think this location in front of Bally's is the 4th I've been to. It is a unique location as it is both inside and out just off the Strip. Its a little warm out to be sitting in the outside portion but that is exactly where I was when I stopped in with a group. I didn't mind it so much but the out-of-towners were feeling the burn. All the more reason to cool off with some refreshing beverages.
I ordered my go-to hefeweissen as did one other in the group. There was also an amber and two tequilas with Sprite ordered. The bar tender, who seemed to enjoy verbally sparring with us (playfully), caught word that we were there to celebrate some birthdays and brought out two complimentary cinnamon toast crunch shots. That was cool of him. We all had a good time laughing and trading stories. That was fun. We ended with each of us doing shot. I went with rum neat. The rest wanted another cinnamon toast crunch shot. Then we settled our tabs and went our own ways.
The experience at Sin City Brewery varies depending on who is working and where. The beer remains the same from one location to another. I always have a good drink and usually have a good time. Tonight at the Grand Bazzar location I had some good laughs too.
