  • Inside is nice and clean. But super frustrated with the service. I came in for a gel fill and it was my first time getting gel . my nails are only 2 weeks old. When the nail lady put the acrylic stuff over the middle to end of my nail I thought it was weird but didn't say anything because maybe she knows something I don't. My nails end up having a bump on them. Like the middle was super thick and a actual bump on my nails and then the ends were super thin . From the side of my nails it looked like a wave . I mentioned it to the nail tech she gave me attitude and ignored me . So after they put the blue gel polish some of my nails were cloudy. I didn't get matte. When I mentioned it the nail tech got an attitude and said no it's just the light . But in the same light some were shiny and the rest were cloudy . Finally the manager came over and showed the nail tech and they said it was the gel light . It was broken and not drying they re-did it. But still was a bump on 4 of my nails and some were still foggy. They then started getting short with me like it was my fault and I showed them the bumps on my nails and the foggy polish. They said next time they'll fix for me . I told them no I don't want until next time my nails look awful. They were starting to get short and kept blaming the gel light being broken and not trying even after they re polish the foggy nails. At this time I'm annoyed since they were giving me so much attitude I had to go and be somewhere in 40 min. They kept telling me next time they'll fix and let me have a gel polish for free but still won't fix my nail now I'm already pissed and have to go. I told them I'll be back the next day. While in my car In the sun, I noticed my nails were still foggy so I turned around and thought no they are going to fix this today. They weren't busy. I went back and the lady manager or acting manager was arguing with me about it! She kept rolling her eyes and told me with fills they don't cover the whole nail just the tips . I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years and knew this was Bs. Bottom line don't go here. They will rip you off and refuse to fix it. And clearly a fill at this place is only the tip of your nail. I'll never go to this place again.
