I just hope that someone from UBER reads this review. I have never been so frustrated trying to get information from a company. I just wanted to know what type of car I should request to accept four people and lots of luggage. Well after getting absolutely nowhere online and gettign no descripton on the Cell PHone UBER app, I wound up having to request a ride and talking to an actual driver to get an explanation. He was very courteous and helpful and he directed me to cancel the ride after we talked. When I went to cancel the ride, I got a message saying if I cancelled within 2 minutes of requesting a "fee" might apply....
FUCK YOU UBER! Learn what customer service is and don't pawn off your obligation to the drivers who are trying to make a living.
