  • Went here to get my iPhone 6 plus... I was helped by a guy named Juan...gave him my pickup store ordered number he then said that I couldn't pick it up because it was under my dads name.. I told him that I was on the authorized pick up list and even showed him a screen snap shot pic showing my name taken off the apple website when placing the order... So I did a 3 way call with my mom and a gentleman at the 1800 Apple online customer service who also verified that my name was on the pick up list... Because I was on the phone with the 1800 Apple customer service I did not request to speak to the manager at the store for he told me he was Tryna see what else he could do on his end... Then a few mins later I asked Juan to speak to the manager who then went in the back of the store to check there emails and see if there was an changes to orders... When she walked away in frustration & being there for 2 hours... One waiting on my order to process & now the 2nd hour arguing my point that I was in fact authorized to pick up the phone... I said I jus want my Damn phone... And Juan replied don't curse at me raising his voice...Fyi a curse word is the "f" word or the "a" then he ran off and told the manager robin who also was rude and she came back to me and said I jus wanna make sure we have respect for each other and are on the same page... I told her he accused me of cursing at him... Well the bottom line to this all was that they received a email showing my name as the pick up which they should have been verified from the beginning when I first showed them a snapshot pic where is clearly stated my name as authorized pick up section instead of making me Tryna prove my point for a whole hour!!!!!!!!!!
