  • I had an offer on a house accepted right before a holiday weekend. Afterwards, half of my office was on vacation, so I was buried by work, and I didn't schedule the inspection as quickly as I should have. The inspector recommended by my realtor was full up, and didn't have an opening until the day after the report was due to the seller. I saw Diamond's five star reviews, so I gave them a call. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and got the inspection done, and even got the report to me a day earlier than usual. HIGHLY recommended!!!
