Nice place! Unlike similar competitors such as Subway or Jersey Mike's, you don't have to tell the person what to put on your sandwich while they're making it. Instead, you pick up a bag (which will become the bag they put your sandwich in) and you mark what you want. For instance, there are spaces on the bag where you can check off what toppings you want. When you're done, you just hand your bag to the cashier, pay, and then wait for your food.
I ordered an Italian sub and it was absolutely delicious! It was made exactly as I had indicated on the bag.
Overall, I had a very good experience here. The employees were very polite and the restaurant itself was clean. Just be prepared to pay more than what you would pay at Subway. Each large sub will cost around $12-$15 (not including a side or drink), but it's worth it.
