  • Ok, so lets start with I may be a little Biased... only because I am one of the before and after photos showcased on his yelp page :) I don't even know where to begin! I started with Ryan at Flex Fitness about 2 years ago. Within that time frame I have lost 110 lbs, achieved my life long goal of joining the military, and even excelled at the fitness among my peers in basic trainning. This may look like just another gym on the outside however, it is so much more! i have gained valuable friendships, motivation, and support in more ways then just fitness advice. This place continues to amaze me everyday and the other clients are always supporting each other to achieve goals. I basically got my life back because of this gym! If it wasn't for Ryan and the clients here, I wouldn't be where I am today! You owe it to yourself, to check it out! Stop paying for a cookie cutter gym that you never go to because you feel awkward or unsure of how to use half the equipment. Take a leap of faith and step into a fun inviting enviorment that can get you the results you want. Jennifer!
