  • Air Canada overbooks flights and changes/cancels flights for no reason leaving passengers stranded after they have paid for their flights. This unethical practice should be illegal in Canada but for some reason isn't. I always prefer WestJet but unfortunately they don't fly as many places as AC. Be prepared to be jerked around, disrespected and treated poorly by this monopoly of a company.
