We came by earlier in the day to just look around the lot as part of looking at a number of dealerships and Jay Johnson just handed us a card and let us know to follow up if we had any questions - exactly what we prefer because we'll ask questions and for assistance when needed. We decided to come back later in the day to test drive and ended up buying a new Jeep. Jay was spectacular throughout the entire process and that continued when we stepped over to Wendy White's office to finish up the paperwork. Both were amazing and looking forward to when we're in the market for another car in the future.
