AC went out late Sunday night (of course), called my home warranty folks who connected me to another company who were booked up until late Tuesday afternoon. Since its June in Phoenix, I kept looking and called the folks at Patrick Riley. They let me know someone would be here between 10 am & 2 pm Monday. It's now 1130 am Monday and my AC is fixed and cooling the house down like it's supposed to. Friendly people on the phone and the tech who came out was great. I really appreciated that they didn't try the "oh you need a new unit" baloney that some outfits like to do, he told me what was wrong and what other issues may arise from that and was very clear about the cost upfront. Thanks for cooling me & my dog down!
