| - After the manager Stephanie reached out to me in regards to my review, it is abundantly clear that the issues & miscommunication are not in any way her fault. When she initially contacted me for resolution I was so frustrated, upset & overall disappointed with my experiences up until that point that I was very emotional to say the least. Despite my interaction with her, over the next 36 hours Stephanie went above and beyond anything I expected to resolve the situation for me. She recognized that my medical condition is what is standing between me & the results that the call center sales staff guaranteed me when I signed up. I do strongly recommend to ANYONE who is considering service through Simplicity to SKIP THE GROUPON & go straight to the source, contacting Simplicity directly. Had I not purchased the non-refundable groupon before having all the info I needed about Laser Hair Removal a lot of time, money & even stress could have been saved. I stand by my statement that most of the staff there is wonderful, I never had an issue getting an appointment and the girl who works the front desk (with the glasses) is really very sweet, I just never got results-which I now know, is not because Laser doesn't work, its because the sales girl (call center) who convinced me to upgrade to the membership from my groupon, did not have an accurate understanding of PCOS & how truly difficult it is to treat. I am literally in tears writing this update because there is nothing more in this world that I want than to feel feminine & beautiful & get rid of this facial hair forever. I had really hoped and set my heart on this being my chance, but I guess its just not in the cards for me & that really makes me very sad. Again, not Simplicity's fault that I have terrible genetics & I believe that with the knowledge Stephanie has of my experience from the sales associate, she will make sure they are better trained in selling packages to women who battle PCOS to avoid any miscommunication in the future.
