  • BEWARE! This business does not post their prices except for one price on the window which is deceptive. It says $1.69 for dress shirts. They do not disclose that this price, their only listed price, is for men only. These people charged me $160.00 to dry clean some dresses, pants and 2 dress shirts!! They never informed me of the different pricing for women's clothing at any time. No where in this store is their a price list. My bad for leaving it there without checking first...but holy cow! Who worries about a few bucks give or take at a dry cleaners, right! After all...it said $1.69 in the window for dress shirts. Couldn't be that much more for a dress etc!?! Wrong! I have never been ripped off so blatantly before at a dry cleaners. WORST yet...my clothes smelled funny and one dress still had deodorant marks on the under arms!! Yep...I got "taken to the cleaners!" Just FYI...when I tried to speak with the manager he literally began reciting the legal work-around and/or the legal loophole(s) that he states allows him not to have to post his prices. He apparently believes that AZ law also allows him to post a price in his window for "dress shirts" and not disclose that it is gender specific pricing. Who in the world would believe they would go into a dry cleaner and be charged $8 per item when the price in the window says $1.69 for dress shirts!?!
