rev:text	Six weeks after I moved out I received notification that I was not only NOT getting my $1700.00 deposit back, but owed them an additional $430. I went back and forth with them a few times, and they took off a few of the charges, but I will not be seeing my $1700. I'll be filing a claim with Small Claims Court. WHETHER YOU ARE A RENTER OR OWNER OF A PROPERTY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are shady and have a big problem with the truth. I don't know if I'll even let my past landlord know about everything, as my Attorney recommended I deal with Small Claims Court.
