  • I am updating my review. The rating is not for any plumbing service but for the customer service. I really appreciated management Yelp messaging me to explain reason for not returning my call. This illustrates that customer satisfaction matters to them. Unfortunately, we had to go with another company, I would consider using Freddy Fox Rooter in the future.
