| - It's kind of weird when you leave such an opposite rating than other yelpers , but I suppose we all can't expect that same customer satisfaction every where we shop .
I've never shopped at Jared's, just never thought about them but decided to check out this location to see if their men's wedding bands stood out from the competition. I think what initially turned me off was we were told by 3different associates "someone will be with you in a moment, but these three associates were not assisting anyone at the time . Here we go again, for anyone in sales , never judge a book by the cover , you neeeeeeeever know who is about to drop some dollar bills. After 10 minutes , we were greeted, if you want to call it that , the gentleman that told us they had one of the largest selections of bands . Well ...... (crickets) , there was an awkward silence . I finally just decided to show the sales associate a picture of another ring I saw that I liked and he stated, we can customize any ring to your liking but didn't ask us if we wanted to look at any rings , what we were looking for, nothing ... just sat there so I looked up at my love and said "are you ready" and we said thank you and left , not receiving a thank you back , nothing . So much for customer service.
