rev:text	I had a lot of trouble when I booked this hotel through Expedia. I was charged a extra guest fee. Even though it states that children under 18 are free. Literally wasted 2 hours being on a three way call with the hotel management and Expedia and being placed on hold from time to time. I did finally get my $30 back but it put a bad taste in my mouth. Hotel its self isn't bad. It's mega close to Stage AE which I liked a lot. The reason for my trip. They have a very clean crisp look to the lobby which I like. It was real simple to check in. I checked under the 2 beds and it looked like they haven't sweep underneath them in a few weeks. Gross. Our reservation was for 4 people. Our room had only 2 towels. Had to go hunt some down. The cleaning ladies didn't seem to believe me when I stated our problem. Our toilet leaked from the sides everytime we flushed, which we had to hold the handle down to get our poop, pee and tp to go down. Bed and pillows were mega comfortable! The pool and fitness rooms were real dialed. Super clean. Super awesome. The hotel has a bar which was pretty cool. We ordered some food to go. Not bad prices. Good food selection. We got chicken salads. The bartender was real friendly. They had a snack store. You can buy water, chips, candy etc... The prices for these items were ridiculous. Outrageous!! I shouldn't have to pay a arm or a leg for a bottle of water, when some hotels give you free bottle of water!! Why are you ripping off your customer. Overall not a terrible hotel. We paid $140 for the night. Probably will never book with them again, some things really got under my skin.
