  • Reserved a truck online a week before I needed it. Showed up the day of the move - had to wait a little bit because there was a line but no biggie. The older gentleman who helped me was funny, courteous, and made sure I knew how to use the truck and it's lift gate. A few signatures and I was on my way! I went to return the truck at the end of the day, refueled with no extra damage. The same gentleman who helped me that morning checked me in - he ran out to get the mileage and my total charge was less than I expected. A few signatures and I was out of there pretty quick. Great experience overall. Friendly service, low rates, and equipment that works... What's not to like? Will definitely come back for my moving needs, thanks Budget! P. S . Always check your truck for damage and safety issues before leaving, this is a given regardless of who or what company you rent from.
