  • **UPDATE** Just reached out and called the salon and my call happened to be answered by the owner. She rectified the situation immediately. Excellent follow up and follow through. I have had excellent experiences/ and customer service at this location before. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I got my last haircut from David and it is perfect. I would in all likelihood keep going to have my hair cut by him. Yesterday I took my daughter there to get her hair shampooed and braided for picture day. I was charged $45 for a service that I've gotten before at the 7th St./Bell location for $15. I felt taken advantage of and frankly embarrassed. I will no longer bring my daughter here for hair services. I could overhear the lady which I'm assuming is the manager whisper to the stylist to make sure to charge for it. (Shampoo or braiding? Not sure). Kudos to the stylist though. She is very adept at her trade and my daughter's hair looks beautiful.
