  • FANTASTIC business and staff...Where do I begin, I have a house that's about 8 years old, the first time I used Mirror Works was to replace the handle on my sliding door. Paul was able to find a replacement handle for me and got it to me pronto. Fast forward 2 years later to last week. I had the lever to my patio door lock break and lo and behold, when I contacted Paul he once again took care of me. I sent him a picture of the broken lever, he ordered the part and got it to me right away. He had Brad come out when he was in the area and installed it in less than 5 mins, even thought the part was minimal, because I was a repeat customer, they even did the install for free. Dealing with businesses now-a-days, they don't often think about the repeat business, referrals etc, it's all about the profit and big ticket items. I'm 'paying it forward' for Paul and Brad for taking the time to help me. I will be referring many people their way by starting out with this rating and sharing it in Facebook. I highly recommend this company!
