This is the first and only lash studio I have been to but I did some research before jumping in. The experience I had was very mediocre, I didn't feel my lashes were gorgeous afterwards but I didn't hate the service. I did notice it was a training school since the girl that served me was new and it was her first day. I laid on the table for about 45 minutes before completion. Again, the service was fine, but I didn't find it spectacular. The owner was walking around and watching to make sure her trainees were performing up to standard.
I guess I couldn't complain since I did only pay $30 for a full set and I've seen most places charge much more. The girl told me the lashes are made of polyester which is probably why they felt heavier. I asked for a natural look so it makes sense that my current scarce lashes didn't change dramatically. I hardly looked any different in pictures. My mother even thought I looked better without them. My biggest concerns were the pain and irritation I felt when waking up for the first week. After the lashes started falling out, I felt much better. I know that shouldn't be normal but I chalk it up to possible low pain tolerance. I did see clumps of glue when the lashes were on the verge of falling off but not quite off. This was the most irritating. I also didn't really want to go back and pay for a removal so I let them all fall out naturally, except for the few that I accidentally yanked out when rubbing my eye. All in all, I don't think I will do this here again, or I might pay a little more to have trained staff since I believe the cost was low due to training week. I really wanted to like them, but I think I will just wear falsies occasionally.
