rev:text	If I could give this place half a star I most definitely would,so I made an appointment I'm new to the area so I was running 4 minutes late I called ! Just to let them know I was literally at the light when I called the receptionist told me well if your even 5 minutes late we will push you back 1 hour ! I was annoyed of course because I was not only calling to ensure I was on my way but that I was literally at the Turning light anywho I pulled up when I walked in they treated me as if I owed them something they seemed annoyed mind you there was no one there ! It's was empty ! Because I really needed the services I bypassed all the small details the attitude the snotty customer service and I went to the back I got undressed and the girl told me oh I can't do it there's not enough hair ! I was very upset because I knew that was a lie ! I got dressed and I said ok great she saw I was frustrated and she said OH I CAN SERVICE YOU IF YOU WANT ? I smiled and said nope it's fine I will take my money elsewhere why would u service me after u just said u couldn't ?? I quickly searched another waxing place and came across WAX which is down the street I walked in the not only took good care of me they where amazing ! I even got additional services ! AMY was amazing she made me feel comfortable and I didn't mention this but this was my first time ever getting waxed and I went to pretty kitty because of their reviews but it was awful if I can recommend anyone who's a first timer I would tell you to go to WAX they are exceptional and my wax looks amazing very happy !
