  • Terrible! Make sure you have your emergency kit handy! DB is why they invented bridal emergency kits. 2 out of the four bridesmaid dresses had a hook but no eye and one girls ripped off. We had to use safety pins! Terrible quality. The sizing is not right and the cuts of the dresses are made so inconsistently. The customer service isn't that of a reputable bridal shop. We felt like we were in a retail store in the mall. They have you make appts, but aren't there to help you in and out of the gowns because they're off helping someone else. I definitely won't be buying my dress here. I'm sorry, but it's the McDonald's of bridal shops.
