Revisited 2 times 3rd week of July 2012. The Pho portions are still ridiculously small. The large Pho (P03) has ONE strip of beef brisket cut up into smaller pieces to give the illusion of substance and 4-5 pieces of rare beef. On top of that, they raised the prices. Other places would have a heaping portion of beef brisket for $7.50. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's plenty of other Pho places down the street in Roncesvalles and St. Clair.

But hey. If you like Pho Huong, by all means. Keep eating there. This is just my opinion. Eat wherever the pho-k you wanna eat.
