  • I've gone in before. I've gotten cash for certain things, and when I went in the second time, I was yet again greeted with trash customer service, as well as the girl telling me it is privately owned and that they never give out cash for clothes, that it is and has always been store credit and trade only. The one thing that makes a business fail is lack of consistency, and this business is not consistent what so ever. Will not be back at all. Have heard this from other people aswell
