I'm not entirely pleased with the deceptive marketing practices of this particular store. The store manager did not want to leave the back room to discuss an issue that I had with a product that I bought from his store but instead sent his employee to pass on a msg to me. Nor was I overly thrilled with the cheekiness of the store manager. Here's a tip. Don't make excuses for your products when you know deep down that your product is flawed. And secondarily don't talk to your customers as if they are stupid. Pretty insulting. By the way manager, where did you learn your customer service skills from? It used to be my store to shop at for healthy products, but guess what?! I will find another health food store in my neighborhood.
