After recently cancelling my account with Spectrum I had to return my cable and home security boxes, as I had my home security with them as well.
Upon arrival on a Thursday around 9:30am I was greeted with a friendly smile and pointed to the next available representative. Lucky for me there was no line.
Once the associate pulled up my account he scanned my products and proceeded to indicate that I was all set.
The location is very clean and spacious with several representatives there to assist. Everyone was very nice and I was out the door with a smile. Which that is sometimes hard to say when it comes to dealing with television companies/customer service.
