  • Professional staff, quality work, CHEAP and quick response time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My nightmare started when another shop damaged my brand new car's sunroof. When the other shop decided to get it fixed at Charleston Auto Glass I was pissed because I wanted them to get it done at the dealer. When I went there I was little skeptical at first. I was worried the whole time while I was waiting for my car to be ready. When I came to pick it up, to my surprised they replaced the sunroof glass with a new OEM part. I verified the before and after serial numbers to make sure they actually replaced it and they did. It's only been a couple of days and so far so good my sunroof is working fine. Don't be fooled by expensive shops that look so good on the outside. This shop can do the same and/or better work to compare any shop. They are all professionals and go CHEAP QUALITY work. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking to get any glass replaced.
