| - Would rate 5 stars, but they take a long time to refund your deposit (about 4 to 14 days). Otherwise, Great stay, fantastic service, nice Jacuzzi bath, smart decorations, kitchen, DVD player (not that we needed it, but cool to have the choice) light dimmers, pretty art and style, as well as lovely view and a wide glass (big) shower for one, but fits two fine. They mixed up our room, so they waived our amenities fee and gave us a voucher for food, made the trip feel special. Felt new inside, not dated like most Vegas hotels, definitely worth the extra money. Make sure to bring some small change for tips, only Valet to park, but worth it, self parking was super far away. The hotel is gated and has a security guard manned there, valet tips added up, but was fun, classes up the experience. The hotel is gated, talk about cool in Vegas, where there are some questionable people drifting around, nice to have the added safety. Even at 3am, there were tons of cars flying by on the roads, exciting place. We stayed in Tower 3 facing West, the best view because it is the tower furthest to the strip, no other towers in the way. But to be fair, the other towers probably have a great view as well if they are facing West. Fancy feel, great value. Not Bellagio, but homey, affordable, practical, and fun. Better if you have a car, but you can take a cab or walk a ways to the MGM link and get to the strip (long walk though). They charge a $100 a day up to three days for a deposit, plus the $33+ amenities fee so if you are staying two or three days subtract $233 or $333 from your account, you won't get it back for at least 4 or 5 business days if not longer, they debit your account. The other hotels I stayed at Monte Carlo and the Red Rock resort never charged deposits, just kept holds, but your money was refunded immediately upon leaving unlike the Signature. Just giving a head's up for those who may need to budget for that.
