  • Referred from Insurance Co for water damage repairs to our Ohio home. We are semi-retired professionals with reasonable expectations. The short story is to run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of this company. Absolutely the most awful and frustrating experience dealing with a company and with their sub-contractors EVER! Forget anything promised or anything even mentioned about timelines. One broken promise after another to the point of being laughable. They just don't care. Lousy follow-up, no returning calls or txts and just simply forget ANY customer service. We were told 3wks start to finish.....3 months later, still dealing with a punch list. Plenty of other competition in the Cleveland area. Home owners beware.....proceed at your own risk. Good luck with this bunch. Overall rating a minus 5!
