  • I'm not the type of person to post reviews, but this store is so horrendous that I had to share my experience for the sake of others. I bought the "Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask" by First Aid Beauty there. The safety seal was on and everything but when I got home to use it the tube BREAKS and inside is the mask very hard and in pieces. Obviously this item has been on the shelf FOR A VERY LONG TIME. This is nothing against this brand, it has always worked well for me. But this store carries very very old and probably dated face care products. Not only that, but the staff member present was not even closely as nice and professional as the ones in the Chandler Mall that I have always gone to. She raised her eyebrows at me when she saw how many points I have received with my Beauty Insider card and raised her eyebrow again when I didn't want to spend my gift points. She was nice enough but she didn't make me feel welcomed and she made me feel ashamed that I had so many points and spent so much money, in fact. Never going there ever again except to hopefully be able to return this item!!
