  • This was a fantastic hike! The views were incredible and the hot springs are an interesting detour from the hike itself. I would suggest taking the left (more strenuous) trail up and over the hill first to pass through the hot springs and then walking back through the canyon trail (past the liberty bell arch.) This may have just been my personal preference because after the hot springs I felt a little dizzy and nauseous and climbing up a mountain while feeling this way was not fun. If you're in super shape and water doesn't drain you you'll be fine but if you're into a flatter easier walk after sitting in a pool this is definitely the way to go. Give yourself some time for this hike as well. There are spots where it feels great to just sit and relax and take in nature. Definitely going to add this one to my favorites list!
