I rented a car from this dealership and when I made a reservation, the representative (supervisor) informed me that $100 deposit will be placed on top of my total (confirmation sent via email). Upon arrival, the lady at the desk charged my card for a $200 deposit PLUS the total rental fee. I told the lady when I made initial reservations, the representative informed me that the deposit was only $100 and I had the invoice sent to my email. All of a sudden, there was a change in policy regarding the deposit amount because of the type of card I used. I called the supervisor to voice my concerns and he repeatedly stated "it was company policy." We all know going on vacation isn't cheap. Because of a break in communication and the lack of professionalism in this department, I am short $200 more for my vacation. I've rented from this dealership a couple of times, but this will definitely be my last time. Customer satisfaction apparently isn't a priority to Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria.
