I'm not a big fan of this hotel. Stayed here once and found it too blah. Plusses were access to a major gym a couple of blocks away and also the recycling bin for papers in each room. Nice touch. Bad? Internet connection is lousy. Almost to the point of being horrific. Gym in the hotel itself is smallish and usually crowded even at 5AM! Really! Restaurants are pricey and since one is a Ruths Chris, why would I pick that when I got two in LA? I'd rather take the block walk to the Keg. Also, there's usually a lovely assortment of bums lying outside at all hours. That's just disgusting and since the other hotels I've stayed at in TO don't have that problem, it's kind of inexcusable. That alone, made me switch hotels to the Metropolitan for my last trip. Not worth it.
