We are looking for a new place so we decided to check out the place as they seemed to offer townhomes.
We were greeted by a very nice and professional woman who gave us further information and showed us one of the available units.
1) it's a bit old and outdated compared to some of the buildings around. The positive side that it might lead to more noise cancelling given the thickness of the walls
2) they only have 9 townhomes, the rest are just 1 or 2 bedroom apartments. I was disappointed to hear that because the name is misleading if they have only 9 townhomes yet they call it biltimore townhome (it's also NOT luxury)
3) the "gym" has 4 machines in a tiny tiny room - you will need a subscription to a gym u less youre fine with running or biking only
4) 2bd - it has space (1200sq ft) but once again the architecture and decoration (eg kitchen ) is a bit outdated. Also carpeted in the rooms and the living room
