  • Bait and switch clown show. if you liked to be lied to your face and then have your carpets mopped... hire this company. Worst experience yet. You want Hot water extraction not some Bonnet BS aka: a Mop We needed our carpets stretched and they said no problem. Ill clean them first and then stretch. we are like ok but we must have our carpets stretched today as we just moved our entire house. Says Yes ill do it once i clean it.. Great. He gets done cleaning and says he has to go to the next house and cant stretch the carpets. we say no fucking way. he then says he doesnt have the tools to stretch the carpet. so we call their dispatch and they tell us this guy doesnt know how to stretch carpets. WTF is going on. we hired this company to stretch the carpets.. and all they did was void the warranty on our carpets by using that floor buffer on our carpets.
