I would give this zero stars if it were an option. TERRIBLE customer service! Couples massage was booked 3 weeks in advance and the day before they called to tell me one of the therapists retired. WHAT?! As a manager, I know I would have found someone to cover this massage or better informed my staff to not double schedule this therapist. Was the staff not of knowledge that this person was retiring?? I know at least a 2 week's notice was, or should have been, given. That leaves 2 weeks to find a therapist to cover. The owner was supposed to call me to resolve this and when they didn't I called but have not received a call back yet! 2 months prior to this experience, they called me an hour before a couples massage to inform me that a therapist was sick and my appointment was cancelled. I do understand that and have sympathy BUT I was not called back by anyone to find a good time to reschedule nor was I apologized to. You have now lost 2 customers.
