  • My review pertains to the Collision Center. This will be short and sweet. My brand new 2012 Kia Soul was totaled by a drunk driver, and was taken to the Folger Kia Collision Center (as I bought the car at the Folger Kia beside it) for evaluation. I live in Savannah, Georgia currently for school, but Crystal (the manager) was highly communicative and on the ball. She was prompt with returns, and very helpful during the entire experience. Any paperwork I needed or wanted was given to me without question and in a very quick manner. Crystal and her team did a great job with inspecting my car fully and making sure all parts were accounted for. I'm very thankful that this was the place my car was taken to, and can't wait to give them my service again when I purchase another Soul.
