rev:text	They told us a procedure wasn't covered by insurance and billed us $1600 for it. Come to find out that, when I went ahead and tried to file a claim myself anyway, low and behold IT IS COVERED and under our plan should have cost only about $650. When we complained that this was an unfair billing practice the woman responded "I'm sorry you feel that way." Super shady trying to wriggle out of accepting the terms of an insurance plan they agreed to be part of. Don't patronize this business!!
