I'm posting this on behalf of my father-in-law.
We ate here with two of our grand kids, and unfortunately the experience was way below Four Seasons standards. The server forgot approximately half of the information we told her (menus, water, etc.), items on the kids menu were not offered (chicken fingers), and when I ordered a wine it was literally one ounce (seriously under-poured).
The worst though was that the kids ordered chicken wings. Three wings came on a plate with no sauce at all and completely undercooked-there was blood next to the bone on the worst one and it seemed like a health hazard.
So, I was going to cut them some slack because they just opened, but don't put the kids health at risk if you want me back.
This was absolutely not up to Four Seasons standards.
