  • The best advice I can give anyone is to STAY AWAY! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! One star is giving this place too much credit.There is a reason these apartments are so cheap. They ARE NOT safe nor clean. These apartments are a nightmare. The management are slum lords at best and half of the tenants are criminals. They are swarming with squatters and the homeless have free range. The complex is completely cockroach infested, I didn't realize until I had moved in because they're in the walls, it's disgusting. They have gates and locked entrances that are ALWAYS broken. I couldn't even get through 6 months without my apartment being burglarized. When my door was kicked in and my stuff was stolen, they had the nerve to say the renters insurance, that we are REQUIRED to have and have paid for every month, was cancelled several months prior and they NEVER gave us notice nor did they stop accepting our insurance payments. The management could care less about tenants safety, in fact refused to put a new door on our apartment until the doors came in from backorder... really? They wouldn't take another door from an unoccupied apartment because they were more concerned about the squatters than our safety. I cannot express my disgust with this place.
