I was a Verizon customer for years and loved them but we switched to sprint (bad decision but we got stuck in a contract). After our contract was up with sprint we decided to come back to Verizon. This store seemed very friendly when we walked in and although they were busy someone was available to help us right away. We wanted to save some money and have a cheaper bill than with Sprint and walked in knowing what plan we wanted to do. The sales associate saw that my husband worked for Cox and completely mislead us to get us to go with more data thinking it would be cheaper. So now we have a more expensive bill than we had with Sprint and could have just stayed with them for this price and had unlimited data. When I called to talk to someone about this they basically just said sorry the guy mislead you that isn't right and someone from management might call. I never got a call from management nor given anything to make it right.
