  • This review is based on customer service during my last visit, and the 2 stars might be generous. I went in search of elastic string and wandered the aisles to no avail until finally coming across a sales associate. I was told the elastic would be in aisle 61 with no offer of showing me in person. I did not find the elastic and so proceeded to the cash register to purchase my other items and ask again. This time the associate said she had never seen such string and left it at that. I'm quite sure that Michaels does carry this product, but they certainly did not go out of their way to assist me in finding it or to confirm whether or not they did or didn't carry it. Disappointed with the service I received.
